Toby Levy

Toby Levy, FAIA
Founding Principal

As founding principal of Levy Design Partners in 1979, Toby Levy brings years of highly-engaged leadership in the design profession and community. She oversees and participates in all aspects of the firm’s work from programming to design, design production, and construction. Her work has been widely recognized, and the American Institute of Architects honored her with the title of Fellow (FAIA) in recognition of her contribution to advancing the standards of architectural practice, education and training. 

Throughout her years of professional practice, she has regularly taught architecture at institutions including the UC Berkeley, Columbia University and California College of the Arts. As a result of her participation on the University of California at Berkeley Design Review Team and the AIA Design Review Committee, she has developed a broad perspective on the successful resolution of design problems.

 

Pamela Collier

Pamela Collier, AIA
Principal

 

Pamela Collier has worked with architecture, design and contracting firms since 1978. Her experience in design, project management and construction management is extensive and includes working with educational and governmental organizations. Since joining LDP in 1983, she has served as technical and production director, overseeing construction administration as well as specifications and materials research. 

Pamela’s work on a variety of projects for the San Francisco Department of Public Works, the SF Department of Human Resources, residential rehabilitation projects and local school districts has given her considerable expertise in state and local programs and requirements.

 

Casey Feeser

Casey Feeser, AIA
Principal

Casey Feeser brings incredible technical talent to the team that includes architectural design, project management, urban design, and detailing with special emphasis on residential, commercial, and public work. As Project Manager, Casey has experience managing diverse types of work from new construction, modernization, renovation and adaptive reuse. 

His breadth of experience varies from public to private developments, feasibility studies to construction administration and everything in between. He has extensive experience with planning and building departments across the San Francisco Bay Area as well as governmental agencies. Casey has been an invaluable asset since joining LDP in 2006 and has been a partner since 2016.

 

Michelle Loeb

Michelle Loeb, AIA
Principal

Michelle Loeb brings a superb technical and creative skillset to every project, with a keen sense of attention to aesthetic detail and space. Michelle’s design experience ranges from multi-family residential, single-family custom residences, to commercial and public design. 

Her experience ranges from private developers to public agencies, including San Francisco Unified School District, and includes all phases from feasibility studies through construction administration. 

Her comprehensive grasp of technique and design proves an invaluable asset to every project. Michelle received her Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a minor in sustainable environments and joined LDP in 2013.

 

Brian Siu Yang

Brian Siu Yang, Assoc. AIA
Project Manager, Associate

 

Since joining LDP in 2009, Brian Siu Yang has worked on many projects in San Francisco, Oakland, and across the South Bay. His areas of experience with residential, educational, and commercial projects includes new construction, modernization, adaptive reuse, renovation, and tenant improvement projects. Brian is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and actively utilizes San Francisco’s architecture and design resources to the benefit of LDP’s current and future projects. As a San Francisco native, Brian is personally invested in the integrity of Bay Area architecture and development.

 

Jacek Bialobrodski

Jacek Bialobrodski, Assoc. AIA
Project Manager

 

Jacek Bialobrodski joined LPD in 2019 and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the building code, including accessibility and fire-life safety. His experience includes all phases of project development including preparation of construction documents for various public and residential projects along with coordination with building officials, clients, and contractors. Jacek completed his Master of Science in Architecture in Poland after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

 

Lissette Alaniz

Lissette Alaniz
Jr. Job Captain

 

Lissette Alaniz joined LDP in 2021, her areas of experience includes working on all different phases of design including site assessment and feasibility studies for schools and civic projects. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lissette holds a BA in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and is also fluent in Spanish.

 

Heidi Ramli

Heidi Ramli, Assoc. AIA
Jr. Job Captain

 

After completing her internship at LDP Architecture, Heidi Ramli began full time employment as a Designer in 2019. Her experience includes working on 3D visualizations, and schematic design through construction documents for multi-family residential projects.

Born and raised in Indonesia, Heidi moved to California where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kruli Patel

Kruti Patel
Designer

 

Kruti Patel's professional background includes experience from initial conceptual design through building permitting and construction documents. Her academic journey includes a Master of Architecture from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Vadodara Design Academy. She is a licensed architect in India and is currently pursuing California state licensure.

Kruti's unique cross-cultural insight, shaped by her international background, allows her to create architectural designs with diverse cultural influences. Her love for travel and exploration has given her a profound appreciation for the distinct character of different cities and regions, which she channels into her work.
