1452 BUSH STreet, SAN FRANCISCO

This new 22-unit concrete building is located on an infill site spaning Bush Street and Autin Alley. Built above two levels of parking, the design breaks the units into two buildings with each having a street front and separated by a courtyard. The ground floor on Bush Street features a commercial space. The 90 foot tall structure contains double-height, two-bedroom apartments with 10% set aside as affordable units. The exterior design blends with its surrounding neighbors with similar verticality and taller floor to floor heights.
