This new nine-story concrete building at 990 Polk provides 110 units of affordable senior housing. As subconsultants to Herman Coliver Locus Architects, LDP provided schematic design. Developed by Citizens Housing Corporation (CHC) and the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC), 80% of the units are studios with the remainder being one bedrooms. Construction was completed in 2008. The building features a rooftop garden and two common areas.
